99 civic, starts then immediately dies

I have fuel and spark. Brand new distributor and fuel spits out of injectors when I crank. If I spray starting fluid she will stay on till that starting fluid runs out. Any ideas?

Check mechanical timing. Timing belt may have jumped teeth.

Did you ever figure out your problem? From your description I'm having the same issue.
