I have a 1999 civic dx hatch. It cranks and doesn't start It gets no spark so I thought it was a distributor issue so I replaced it with another from a running honda, 2000 dx, and I still get no spark. I checked the cps and it was good. I also checked all the main fuses and they were fine. I thought it was an ECU issue so I sent mine out to get checked and it was good. I tried to start it again today and realized the fuel pump doesn't kick on. could the fuel pump relay be bad? it still doesn't answer my "no spark" issue.

I am out of time, money, and patience with this car
