Post Coolant temperature doesn't go as down as it should?

I have a EK3 Civic with a D15Z6 engine (EDM). When I am in traffic, the radiator fan turns on at 95ºC (203ºF) (ECT) but turns off not long after, staying at 95ºC/94ºC (203ºF/201.2ºF). My radiator thermoswitch is supposed to turn on the fan at 95ºC (203ºF) and turn it off at 90ºC (194ºF), as the specs state. I know there is a difference in temperature between the ECT sensor and the radiator thermoswitch, but is it normal for the engine coolant temperature to not come down to 90ºC (194ºF)? I've seen the ECT reach 100ºC (212ºF) in traffic sometimes. The thermostat is new and working correctly. Thank you in advance.

They not going to be accurate the degree. Especially
if they're aftermarket

Thank you for your response. I think mine are still OEM, if I'm not mistaken. But shouldn't I see the temperature go down a few degrees when the fan kicks in?

have you changed the temp sensor? The 7th gen cars have a sensor in the block, not sure on the 6th gen. Or check if the sensor is properly plugged? after many years, they get covered in oil, grime, grease, etc
are you reading the temps using a OBD reader? the dash really does not show precise degrees

I haven't changed any of the sensors. I checked and they are in fact all plugged in correctly. I'm using a Hondash OBD scanner to check all the values.

In the log, you can see the small spikes on the electrical load which represent the times the fan kicked in, but the ECT graph is almost flat. By the way, the car is parked.
