dumps coolant in resover overheats in 3 days
Help!!! Stumped big time!!
2001 honda civi 1.7 l engine 140K
Overheats in about three days in hot florida. All of the coolant gets pushed into the reservoir then starts to overheat. Takes about three day to do this.
Here is what has been done to try to fix the overheating.
- New thermostat
- New radiator cap
- Flush and 60/40
- Sensor for fan is jumped so the fans run all the time
- Did block/head gasket coolant test stayed blue!
About 5 months ago timing belt, water pump, etc, plugs all changed!
New radiator all new
Ran fine no problems….
