Crank no start after WP change [solved]

Hi,
I just changed my water pump, now the car will crank but not start. I have checked the leads and that isnt the problem.I have also checked the firing order and its correct. I have checked the timing marks and they look aligned. I have maintained my car very well over the years. Of course before I did the WP I didnt have an issue. Battery is quite new, before I take off the timing belt and try to retime it( that is my thought) what else should I check?I marked the timing belt and both sprokets and everything went back on the same way I took it off. I reset cylinder 1 to TDC as per the video. I followed Ericthecarguy's video and everything I did I followed the video. I have a trade background so I am fairly good on a technical level. The PS and alternator belts havent been connected yet although I dont think that is a factor.

2000 Civic DX

Thanks.

How do I test this?
.
I am now 100% its not a timing issue. Timing is bang on. Leads, rotor+ cap look good.

Main relay has recently been resoldered since the car kept dieing, also has a new ignition switch. Those probably can be eliminated.

I tested and I am not getting a spark. The primary on the ignition coil is out of spec secondary is fine. Does this mean I need a new ignition coil but the igniter is fine?

I fixed it, it was the ignition coil. What is the chance that the coil fails when I am doing something unrelated but at least it was in the garage.
