1998 Civic Ej9 oil leak
Hi, I've been looking at civics and this one caught my eye although it has an oil leak.
I've been told it's the distributor but I don't really understand much of mechanics and would like your opinion if it's not that big of a problem or I should keep away.

That video is way too shaky to see anything. Also, I’m pretty sure the distributor is on the other side, so it’s not that.
