RPM Went up about 1500, How to lower it down

I was Having a Problem with RPM, it was to low lately, but it just doesn't Turned off the engine, But When I turned on Air Conditioning, it should go up instead it it turned off the engine, while releasing the throttle or braking down, but yesterday i took the car out for wash & braking adjustment, its throttle just went down it self, as there is no throttle paddle, then after few KMS engine turned off, after 3-4 long ignition it starts & its rpm went up by 1500, & its now continuously around 14-1500. I didn't even touch any thing under the hood or Obviously with that high rpm without paddling it consumes fuel & make noise, but nothing i tried had help, forst i thought it might throttle cable stuck some where or broken, it was fine, throttle mixture didnt any inpact on reducing it, neither the cable loosening took any affect, then i talked to a mechanic what must be the problem, he told me it seem, Auto Choke might gone stuck, bring it to workshop in morning, but i had to drive 170 kms out it seemed it ran ok, but as i come to breaking or slower, its rpm raised to 1500, now if any one know how to fix auto choke.

Possibly a stuck or dirty IACV (idle air control valve).

This would be my guess as well, clean or replace with OEM. Do not use aftermarket

As mentioned previously clean the iacv. Also, remove and clean the throttle body. Spay lube on the throttle body flap spring and the in the holes the throttle body flap mounts into the inner bore of the TB. Do a smoke test if you think an intake leak may be causing high revs at idle.
