my RPM's are fugged up

I've been having problems with my RPM on my car. I drive an auto and everytime I am at a light or stopped the RPM's are at .5 and then engine starts to struggle and sound like its about to die. It kinda feels like I would be starting up my car in the winter time during a storm. do any of you guys know what the cause of this is? do I need a new battery? vacume line?

My car did this right after I swapped the TB and didn't do the idle relearn. I reset the ecu and let the car idle 5 mins after warm, and now it's perfect. If that doesn't work, try the idle adjustment. It will fix your problem most likely, but be careful adjusting it too high. You can turn the screw with the car on, since all it does is open the valve more. Just don't do too much or the CEL comes on.
