Possible CAI problem???
hey i was wondering, since i did search, and didnt find the same topic...
i have an 04 ex, i put a cai in about 2 or 3 months ago, and needless to say when i first put it on i definitely felt the diff in smoothness and acceleration all the way from the bottom end, but the thing is that i must not have tightened the clamp on the filter tight enough because it fell off and was caught by the underbody, meanwhile for that whole day i was driving with no filter , which is why i think it felt like it was breathing so well. ..
anyway i wanted to know if its possible for the intake to choke the car since now when the car is decelerating the car jerks a little bit i.e. in 2nd gear between 3k and 2k, as if i am pressing the brake and then smoothes out, any input???

Get an oil analysis done, and get an oil change ASAP! Put the stock intake back on and avoid all the problems you'll have later on caused by the cai.
