Rpm slugish

Whenever i rev the engine the rpm stays for a bit then it goes back down. Any ideas of what it could be?

Maybe you need to clean the throttle body or the IACV?


Maybe do the idle relearn procedure? Did you have the battery disconnected for awhile before this happened? Is this occurrence new?
