help me identify what head i have

i have a 98 civic ex coupe with has a b20b block with a b18 head so i was told, can yall tell me where to look to tell exactly was designation it is for the head ie like b18b head or something i need to buy a distributor thats one reason i need to know i think its just a regular integra LS head. thank you guys for the help, im trying to hunt down the reason for the idle when warm it idles at 1400 rpm and the idle adjustment is all the way to the lowest possible so i researched on the forum and i read alot about vacuum leaks, and the distributor is kinda jerry rigged so i figured id get the right one first any ideas throw them my way

Pretty sure the b-series distributors are universal. The non-vtec ones are for sure, anyway.

High idle most likely isn't related to the distributor. Have you checked ignition timing with a timing light?
The 5th and 6th gen engines idle a bit high from cold to near operating temp so, is the idle at operating temp higher than cold start to warm idle rpm's?
Is the high idle at operating temp present all the time or intermittent?

Best place to start is to make sure the throttle body is clean and the butterfly (flap) is not sticking to either the TB inner bore or the small holes on each side of the inner TB bore the flap connects to/rotates on. Clean those holes, the inner bore, the flap (including outer edge) with brake cleaner, tooth-brush and a rag to dry it. I prefer to remove the TB but you don't have to. Also, there is a possibility of tearing the TB gasket if it's old and brittle.

After cleaning the TB thoroughly spray silicone lube spray on the butterfly flap return spring located on the outer bore of the TB. Also, carefully spray silicone lube on those small holes the flap pivots on inside the TB inner bore.
Check the throttle cable for proper tension and lube it too.

Best test for vacuum leaks is a smoke test (youtube it). Pretty easy to make your own and there are write-ups and youtube's on them.

yes sir it idles at a consistent 1300-1400rpm when warmed up and when starting it cold it sits at around 800rpm or so. if you put it in first and ease out the rpms will drop because your lugging it. but i will try cleaning the throttle body as u can tell its a cheap ebay one i didnt buy it it came on the car, and if that doesnt work ill try the smoke test for vacuum leaks. and also idk if i said this or not the idle adjust is all the way to the lowest possible, thank you guys

What is the size (mm) of that Ebay TB bore?
Has it always had this high idle issue since your ownership?
