What’s wrong???
What’s wrong???
I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX hatch, d16y7 engine, I’ve put a new radiator in a couple times, since it’s overheated a couple times. Now I have an oil leak that seems to be coming from the radiator tubes, and a small transmission leak. Any idea what could be wrong?

Re: What’s wrong???
Very common issue for 6th gens is the distributor O-ring fails and then hot oil leaks onto the heater hose (connects to cylinder head) directly beneath it. Eventually this heater hose deteriorates and develops a slit in it that allows coolant and pressure to escape thus creating a scenario in which the cylinder head isn't getting enough coolant and the engine overheats and creates a warp in the head/head gasket breach.
