Starting Issues

Hello I have a manual 97 civic that won’t start or crank. The starter fuse was blown which I replaced and hasn’t blown again but still won’t start. The battery is providing power, I had the starter bench tested and the clutch switch seems to be in good operation. Any help would be appreciated.

try jumpering the clutch switch.

Thank you I appreciate it, I actually discovered the top rubber gromet fell out on the top clutch switch
