I have a 99 Civic DX Hatch , D16Y7 , NO POWER to distributor , checked motor harness for shorts , checked fuses (all fuses good [even checked fuse 9 under dash for ignition coil to make sure it has power]) , new ignition coil , new ignition control module, even put a known good dizzy on the car , new wires & plugs , even used know good ECU , I’m at a lose here , plz advise

I changed the ignition control module and ignition coil in the dizzy , I even tried the originals , the issue started when I rebuilt my head
