97 Lx died going up a hill

Bought it recently and it only had about 150ish miles in the last 1.5 yrs on it, 97k total. Only driving it had during that time was about 2 miles a week to keep battery charged I guess.

My 1st day driving it, did about 170 miles. Filled up tank and used bottle of Lucas fuel treatment. Gas was on E.
2nd day it died going up a hill about 3 miles into my trip.

Checked all fuses and they're fine. Swapped out fuel pump, filter, main relay, spark plugs and wires (they smelled of gasoline). Fuel injectors appear good.

Car cranks but does not start.

Used OBD 2 scanner, no errors.

Out of ideas on what it could be at this point. Any thoughts?
1.6L SOHC engine, don't know exact one though.

Any help is appreciated.
