96' EU EJ9 Civic Adding a dimmer switch?

I have a blank next to my fog light switch and I saw that other cars have a dimmer switch next to it. The question is if there are any wires to plug a switch in or even the ability to mod one in. Couldn't find anything relatable on the web. Any info is welcome.

Also, what do you want to dim? Dash?

If I understand correctly it just dims the dash.

The dash is dimmed by rotating the **** that resets the trip odometer. At least, that’s the case with every single Honda I’ve ever owned, ranging from 1995 to 2009.
