Need more information.
Cranking slow? Normally?
Check engine light on?
Lots of coughing and sputtering?

As said above, not enough info to really give specific advice. You need air, fuel, and spark. If it's slow, some guesses are to start with the basic, change plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. Then make sure you have a good battery, and make sure you have a good ground strap.
If it has trouble idling, then perhaps it's air, so idle valve needs replacement or cleaning.
Tell us what you have done so far to try and fix it.

It starts with very low rpm dies after I let the key turn back but if I hold the key turned to the start position it kind of warms it up enough to hold an idle, sometimes i will give it gas to get it to warm up and start and it will sound like popping in my cylinders, after about 15 minutes the idle will go up from under 1k to around 1.5k rpms. Check engine light is on, I’m sure there are vacuum leaks not sure exactly where to start. I haven’t cleaned my fast idle yet or tightened it down
