Civic DX Coupe Alternator?
I have a 00' Civic DX Coupe 1.6L SOHC and there are several replacement Alternators available. Does the replacement
depend on the shape of the Electrical Connector? Also the previous owner put a V-Belt and pulley on the Alternator by-passing
the AC Compressor completely. I assume the Compressor is probably bad so that is why it was done. I want to put on a Serpentine
Belt back on the Alternator and AC Compressor I just don't know how difficult that would be. Thanks in advance.

Re: Civic DX Coupe Alternator?
Stock 6th gen belts are not serpentine... they are individual V's. I prefer used OEM alternators over aftermarkets. New OEM (if still available) is probably between $200-$350.
