M2 collision centers

Ok this is more for the cali peeps but hey
Dont ever take yer car top a place called
M2 collision centers they take forever and the
ladies up front answering the phones are very annoying
My cars been there for 2 monthes and 2 weeks the keep bullshitting me
and telling em ym car will ne ready then when the day comes they have a lame *** excuse
why its not done. So unless you want yer car to sit for 2months or dont care if you dont have a car for that long then dont take it there . Can you believ it its been 2months and 2 weeks
what a joke the origonal estimate was 3 weeks ya so much for thay happening .
Also they are taking forever on my insurance check they never seem to get around to do it

Ya, I scratched my rear bumper by being backed up into by a stupid ford... M2 in Rancho Cucamunga price quoted me about $715 to fix it. Their justification for the rediculous cost? They had on there things like "15 rear bumper clips" - each priced at or around 4-5 bucks! At the same time, they had a charge on the quote near 120 bucks, the charge was "to remove rear bumper" - I'd rather save myself 120 bucks by removing a lame *** bumper than seeing some fat **** rip it off and say he "labored" away on it for 3 hours. I'd start ranting about how stupid the labor system is, but I think I'll spare you.

Ya, fvck M2.

NO I agree M2 really sucks my car almost 2 months also, not only that I left a pair of expensive sun glasses in my car and they were gone and I told them that one of your workers took them because I left them in the glove box, why would someone have to go through my glove box when the damage to my car was done to my trunk and bumper doesn't make sence and they did a lame *** paint job not only that the bumper has gaps from them not lineing it up right this is M2 in Riverside they suck ***

If your car was towed, it could've been the tow truck driver.

Always remove your valuables from your car if you have to give it to someone else. If you forgot, I'm gonna have to say that's your fault because they can't be liable for missing things. You're gonna have to prevent stupidity next time.
