Slight leak when washing car or raining

It's beoa while since I posted but I have my 2001 Civic EX coupe with about 148k miles on it. I've been noticing this slight leak in the back right pillar of the rear windshield. Taking off the panel I notice this part is wet and I think it's coming from here. Not sure what it's called but any help is appreciated.

That black clip is what gets wet and drips water

Also would anyone know where I can get those white panel clips to replace? Mine are brittle and break too easily

Re: Slight leak when washing car or raining

The panel clips I bought some on Ebay a couple years ago when trying to trace down the wiring front radio to rear speakers, and also when chasing a leak.

Also bought a couple tools there as well for popping the clips out.
