i think dealer is the only place, or junkyard. never changed it myself tho. i think it just pulls out of the roof area?

i try to get mine replace, I call every autopart around and they say they dont have it because the rubber seal is attach to the glass part, at honda dealer they ask me 450 for the damm moonroof!!!

yeah the rubber may be part of the glass. i tried to pull mine off to see, but it wouldnt budge. in which case you need a whole glass. have you checked ebay or junkyard?

is the seal broken or is your sunroof leaking?
if the seal isn't physically cracked and broken, you might not need to replace it because it's not water tight anyways...the car relies on the gutter system to keep water out of the car. if the gutter drains are clogged, the moonroof will leak

The sunroof seal is always going to leak a little, that's why there is a drain at each corner. As long as the seal is still in one piece it is likely okay. The only way to find a leak like this is going to be having someone spray the car down while you're inside trying to narrow down the source.
