Anyone Else's Doors Leak??

Hey all.

Just curious. I have had my new 01 for about three weeks now, and I notice that everytime I wash it or it rains there is standing water on the door sills. It seems like the gaskets around the bottom of the door might be crappy, but I have never seen anything like this. Any thoughts? Thanks

Mine does that too. Doesn't ever actually get in the car though. Several people on here have mentioned this issue. Seems to be the norm for our cars.

Underneath each door, the weatherstrip is held by several loose-fitted clips inserted into holes drilled in the bottom part. I suppose that water accumulated in the door during a shower or a wash seeps through these holes onto the door sill.
If that is the case, well, I don't think that is a very well thought way of evacuating surplus water out of the doors.
My EX 93 and my EX 99 frequently had these water drops on the door sills. It has never been much of a problem, but still, it always got on my nerves...
