hey guys i have a 2001 civic ex sedan automatic the previous owner failed to tell me how he cut wires from the harness now im having issues with wire reconnection if someone could be so kind to tell me where the camshaft positioning sensor brown and yellow wire connects to alsow theres a sensor under the camshaft sensor with the same color cable that was splice can someone help me out show me a picture i know it goes somewhere into the coil pack but i nee to know what wire pls thank you

I would recommend just going to your local scrap yard, and removing a harness from another civic. When I see a harness with all the conduit and tape removed with wires like that, it leads me to believe that there are more broken wires that will become aparent with time. Ask me how I know? I rewired an entire Duramax engine with a similar rats nest.

Thanks for advice but iam unable to get to any junkyard at all currently but this will deffently be a have to doif nobody can help me out at all bump this pls lets try to figure it out

If you need to dig that deep, I would recommend at bare minimum using the factory service manual for your 01. I've uploaded a copy for you at the below Mega link.

^^^ I think that's what Colin was trying to lead OP to. I was going to scour my computer for the service manual (I could only readily find the 10thgen one), but you uploaded it (confirmed virus free, and chozobody is def a great resource here)

@JKOD I gave the service manual a quick look, page 329 is where I started to see wiring diagrams for the engine bay (along with physical wiring harness illustrations and connector pinouts with wire colors).
