My 9833 headunit wiring......Help Please

Hello all! I've searched around this forum, but I want to be sure I wired my headunit correctly.

This is what I've done.....and for those of you with experience in this area, please let me know if I've wired my headunit correctly...

Ok, first of all, I have a 2001 civic hx coupe, my headunit is the Alpine CDA-9833, my wiring harness is the Scosche wiring harness (model HA08), and I am using separate amplifiers (i.e. I will not be using the headunit's internal amp).

Unless I'm wrong, the only wires that come off of the Headunit that I need to use are:

1) Battery Wire (Yellow), which I connect to the yellow wire on the scosche harness
2) Ignition Wire (Red), which I connect to the red wire on the scosche harness
3) Remote Wire (Blue), which I will wire to my relay
4) Ground Wire (Black), which I will ground directly to the metal bar behind the dash

I used electric tape to tape off the rest of the wires coming off the headunit (i.e. All 8 of the Speaker wires, the Power Antenna wire (blue), the Audio Interrupt In wire (pink), and the Illumination wire (orange)). In addition, I taped off the rest of the wires on the scosche harness.

Does this sound right to you guys?

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!! Thanks!!

If you have a glass mount antenna on the rear window, then you must hook up the power antenna wire to get good reception. I forgot, so now I can't listen to FM or AM. Illumination wire you could do also if you want the deck lights to dim with the other dash lights.

The Power Antenna Wire on the vehicle harness is the Yellow/Green Wire right?
