2007 Civic windows and locks stopped working

I have a 2007 Civic LX and the windows and locks stopped working. The windows would work when they felt like it but the locks always worked. Now, neither the locks nor the windows will function from the switches on any door. That being said... The locks still work with the remotes and when the drivers side lock is locked manually it still locks all of the other doors. I have reached the end of the internet trying to find someone who has had the same problem. I know what the dealership will tell me to replace but obviously the actuators are working.
I just ordered a master switch for the drivers side just to see if it will fix the window problem but I don't think that would affect the three other switches... Would it?
If anyone could shed some light on this... It would be awesome!
