Wiper blade problem

Wiper blade problem
My driver's side wiper blade doesn't seem to be touching the windshield fully, so it's not actually wiping the window. I'm thinking it might be the spring or something with the arm itself & not the blade.
Any ideas?? I don't want to take it to the dealer or a shop & get charged through the nose if it's something I can fix myself.
