So, the factory stereo isn't working in my 2013 Honda Civic coupe (if more info needed about make/model, let me know). It doesn't put out music/programs from the radio or from my phone (bluetooth connected). I know it's not the speakers because they will still put out beeps when I change stations or methods (am/fm/bluetooth). It's only the actual radio and other stuff (other phones don't work either).

I tried searching online, but most of what I saw focused on speakers as the problem (they're still putting out appropriate sounds, though). I saw something about fuses but am definitely not a car guy and there wasn't much detail about which one. I was hoping that I could make sure it isn't something minor before shelling out cash). The stereo is otherwise working fine (display, saving channels, etc.)

Any ideas or info? Thanks a bunch.

Weird that it still makes the beeps but it doesn't produce any other sounds. Write down your radio code and then disconnect the radio,
​​​​​ (or the battery) and then reconnect it after at least an hour. See if that solves it
