Alarm problem

i have an 07 civic and I'm having a problem with the alarm. The red light next to my vsa button will always stay on even when I'm driving or when the alarm is supposed to be disabled and recently the alarm started going if when I touched my door handle to get in the car even when it's supposed to be disabled and won't turn of no matter what I do (pushing the unlock button, locking and unlocking the doors with the key, starting the car). Eventually it will shut itself off but even when I'm driving the light on the left side of my steering wheel stays on and the alarm will go off randomly while I'm driving. I had to disconnect my horn until I figure out what the problem is. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it?

Alright I wasn't sure if it was aftermarket or not. Have any tips on finding it because I took the dash apart and I can't find it
