Question Revo SS and Rattling Problem

After installing the Revo SS, I noticed that metal clip that holds the right tranny cable to the Revo plastic base, is a little lose, and therefore makes a rattling noise everytime I shift. It definitely holds the cable in place fine. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so figured out a way to stop it from Rattling, or know of a place where I can buy a new one of those clips. Any info here would be greatly appreciated. Let me know. Thanks

Yes, that is a common problem as the clip is not meant to be resused. I would either stuff something inbetween the clip and the base to secure it or order a new one at your local honda dealer.

Anyone know what the actual name of this clip is and somewhere I could order it online. Getting to the Honda dealer is not an easy task for me. Let me know. Thanks

Here ya go!

It's #8 in the illustration at $2.67.

They usually charge a handling charge of $4-5, plus the shipping. You could end up paying about $10. That is why I recommend the dealer for small parts like that. Usually, they'll order it for you and have it the next day and it will be under 3 bucks. Anyhow, just some FYI.
