i searched and didnt find anything on this. when i turn my car off my exhaust makes a loud crackling sound. it is very annoying. i have a injen CAI with a tenzo r bolt on muffler. what do you think i should do? i am thinking i should try and tighten the bolts to the exhaust but i dont know. any help would be greatly appreciated.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

u have just the muffler....thats not the whole exhaust bro, u can just check seee if the muf is lose or watever, but it shouldn't be the oem pipe.

i know it isnt a whole exhaust, it is just a bolt on muffler. i just dont know why it makes that noise when i turn the car off.

More than likely your muffler is just loose. Also make sure that its not touching anything either. My exhaust sometimes rattles when I'm idle and when I have the a/c on.
