high speed shakes on cold engine

when i start my car and don't warm it up much, it'll shake at speeds over 60 and get worse. the front steelie is slightly flat in one spot. i searched and think it's likely a alignment issue, but after about 3-4 miles of driving with this bad shake, it goes away just like that. still sound like alignment?

i think the pressure is ok. all wheels should be within 28-30 psi. and yes, only when i start the car and drive within a minute. if i do some city driving before highway, the problem doesn't happen.

Well, if it stops when the car warms up... the simplest solution is just to let it warm up for a minute! If it's really cold and your car sits outside, try pouring some gas line anti-freeze in. It helps.
