i hear a poppin sound when i turn
i've started to notice this popping sound when i turn my car, it doesn't happen all the time, only on certain turns (sharper turns at low speed). it feels like it's coming from rite behind the fire wall on the drivers side. my car has been lowered (eibach pro kit) so i don't not if that has anything to do with it. if anyone has an idea of what this could be i would realy apreciate your input.
the springs might be rubbing together, if you don't get those parts lined up just right then they rub and do that. might have to take it a part and make sure everything is lined up perfect. have someone turn your wheel and see if you can find where it is rubbing.

it might just be the springs moving around on the perch, if it's that then you don't have to worry about it, but if its not the problem then you should get it checked. and no offense, but the prokit doesn't really lower the car, it's pretty much the same as stock springs. i'm not trying to hate on you or anything, i just really dislike the prokit

guy not hatin back but the pro kit gave me a great drop, i have no wheel gap what so ever in the rear, actualy i have reverse gap by about 1/2", and the front only has about a 1/2"gap. this is perfect for me, any lower and i couldn't get around my town. the kit lowered way more than they said it would. its gonna look even sweeter when i get my H&R trac+spacers on.
My gf had the same problem with her car(not lowered) on her '01 ex, I've had the problem before in other car, struts were bad causing it to sit to low and throwing off the angle on the cv joints, Does it happen more when you accelerate?have the struts/cv joints checked 1st though
Check the boots on your CV joints make sure they arnt leaking grease.....if they are buy some new boots and repack them with greese ASAP. Sometimes when shops do work on suspension they will mess with other things....I've had a shop slit my boots on my CV joints before so check them out. (More problems for you = more money for them)
