I don't know what kit you have, but my xenon kit has 2 metal brackets per skirt that support it from the middle, they clip on the lip of the side skirt and then screw into the bottom of the car. If your kit didn't come with these I would suggest custom making some brackets to support it from underneath. Don't worry you won't even see the bracks because the skirt hangs down.

I have the Octane kit mine have three contersunk screws that are filled in across the top on the back section

hmm...well, I dont know if this is going to help you or not, but I had the same problem with one of my skirts, it kept coming off in the middle. Took it off and found out the holes inside the rear wheel well were drilled too low, causing my skirt to come loose for some reason. So i had the holes redrilled and all is dandy. Hold the skirt up to where you think the skirt should be and make sure everything lines up. just a suggestion.
