no ABS LX or below

a couple weeks ago i rear ended a jeep. i was going about 40 and slammed on the brakes they locked up and i hit at about 10. i have a LX, and i check and it has an ABS fuse in the fuse panel under the steering wheel but honda swore up and down that the LX doesnt have one. so watch out

The dealer should have explained that to you when you bought the car. You'll also notice there is an empty spot on the dash for the moon roof controls, which the LX also doesn't have. Honda doesn't make a different fuse box for each model, if it's not equipped with a given feature, then they just leave the space blank.

yeah well my dealer didnt tell me anything about my car. i.e.: 30,60,90k checkup or even how to lock the doors w/o using the keys, he also said that all i need for my stock security was a remote but my car doesnt even have a security system. the dealer was a freakin idoit

Nope Lx don't got ABS... and yes there is a fuse on the LX where ABS slot is...ABS has it's disadvantages too

So did you not research the car on learn anything at all about it before you bought? It's not the dealer's fault you didn't know what you were buying.
