the grinding/scratching noise again!

scratching noise
aside from my exhaust, i dont have any other mods under my car. when i accelerate, there is this grinding/scratching/drilling noise. but when i brake, it goes away. then comes back as i accelerate.
i did a search and found some people with this problem, but no solution or reasoning was posted. i was curious if anyone knows how to fix this.
