hole in seat

i just found out i have a small hole in my passenger seat. its where the side is sewed to the top peice. but i don't think it's ripped, cause there's no thread. i'm thinking it was just missed. i've had my car for about a year. do u guys think i could get this fixed under warentee or something?

Yah, if its not ripped but looks as if the stiching came out take it to the dealer ASAP before it turns into a rip.
