Fluid leak behind crank pulley. Not motor oil.

Hey guys. Any help is appreciated.
2003 civic 1.7L auto.

A leak has started behind my crank pulley. I'm 90% sure it's not motor oil. It's clear and clean and it only leaks when I shut the car off. It looks like brake fluid but I don't see how thats possible. It is definitely a oil based product leaking. It's not rad fluid or AC condensation water.
thanks again
Behind the crank pulley is a small hole that has a small rubber flap covering it. That's where the fluid is coming from. Is that the timing belt cover?

Either oil leaking from crank seal, oil leaking down from valve cover or coolant from water pump or head gasket. Losing any coolant in radiator?

Thanks for your help man. This is a strange one. its not rad fluid or motor oil. I think I'm loosing brake fluid. Is there anyway that is possible. I don't see and leaks from the lines, brake fluid tank, or the master cylinder. I'll try and post some pictures tonight.

When i shut the car off about 5-10 seconds later it dribbles out of that little hole. It leaks for about 10-20 seconds then stops.

Dribbles out the little hole? Are you talking about the weep hole on the water pump?

This is the front (outside) of a lower timing belt cover. The little hole I'm talking about is magnified I'm guessing this hole is to allow fluid to leave from behind this cover.

Not sure on a 7th gen but on a 6th gen the brake master cylinder feeds into brake lines that run along the firewall and feeds off the proportional control valve. If a 7th gen is the same then it shouldn't leak brake fluid to the lower timing cover.
