Help code p0134

Hey all, looking for some help. I consider myself a pretty good diy when it comes to cars Have gone from replacing turbos to transmission swap and engine swaps, but this is something irritating .

Bought a brand new afr sensor part 36531-PLR-003 or 234-9017(Denso of course, nothing else, also 234-9017 stamped on side of sensor) sensor and still getting the damn code. Comes up after about 2mins of idling or driving. Check for voltage with car idling and with ignition on and we are good. I beleive it was 14.2 idling and 12.6 with ignition on. Car drives smooth, no misfires or hiccups or black soot. If it wasn't for the light on the dash, no one would notice or hear a issue

If I swap out to the original sensor that was in there at first, I would get a p0135 code after about 20 seconds Heater failure on sensor, but once I throw in a new one, it throws a p0134 code..

From my understanding there is 4 wires.1 hot(white)1 ground(green) and 2 signal wires(red/ylw and red).i have power in 2 of them. Voltage from battery in the white one, but green one turns on/off. From my research I beleive that's controlled by a relay that the pcm tells it to turn on/off depending on needs. Is it possible the relay bad ?

Im leaning towards either getting the pcm reflashed by honda (original owner car) so this was never done, or try another 250 doller afr sensor.

Re: Help code p0134

Where did you buy the sensor from?
I had this problem but my code was P0134 for no activity.
I got two different sensors from ebay and those did not work. Then I got one from Amazon and that one looked legit, sealed and all the packaging.

One of the replacement sensors I got also had the 234-9017 stamped on the side but the original did not, the original also had other numbers so I suspect the sensors from ebay where fake...

Yes the sensor was bought on eBay, did not come in a sensor box, but came in a Honda bag sealed with a Honda part number.but now that I think about it, when I processed it over PayPal, it shows Chinese letters vs normal English. So it's possible I got a fake as well. And my code is also p0134 for no activity.
