Aem cold air intake installed check eninge light on now

Just installed a brand new aem cdi.
2004 acura el 1.7 non vtec
Follow the instructions disconnected the battery took off all of the old intake system.

put the new aem cold air intake on install everything proper i reconnected the battery

i started it up let it idle while i was putting the tool and old parts away,

came back to take the car for a drive and saw the check engine light was on after i put all the stuff away.

had my buddy check the check engine light with his coder, i was getting one code p0134 says its a o2 sensor bank 1 unactive )

i have had this code pop once in a while befor i installed the aem intake it would always turn of after driving for a bit then. Maybe after 2 3 week it would come back on then shut of after a few days.

but i got my buddy to clear the p0134 code with the aem cdi installed and it came back on after 3 mins of idling after clearing the code.

you guys think maby the 02 sensor is just ****ed cause it was coming on befor the aem cold air intake was installed. But it comes on fast with this new aem cold air intake .

let me know what you guys think
thanks

Was there something wrong with the stock airbox/intake?
Are you expecting any HP or torque gains with the cold air intake?

butt dyno vs real dyno .. I guess as long as it feels better to you it really doesn't matter.

This code has nothing to do with the intake.
You need an A/F sensor.
