10 mm bolt snapped for thermostat

Hello everyone, I replaced my thermostat today. After i replaced it i over tighten one of the bolts and snapped. Its on and does not leak. Is this something i should worry about? or get it fixed asap? Thank you all for your advice.

I would take it apart, extract (drill out) the broken chunk using a left-hand drill bit (so it will spin right out when the bit catches), then replace both bolts with new.
