2003 civic 1.7 DX

which lube do I use to assemble / re-install my camshaft?

Do I use M-77 or something else?

If it's gonna be running within a couple days I just use normal engine oil.

How is it that the cam doesnt have any bearings?

You mean bearing inserts. That's the way it is made.
That's pretty standard throughout the industry.... I can't think of any OHC aluminum heads that use separate bearing inserts for the cams.
