Engine swap component question

The 2 components circled in red are not on the engine I'm replacing and of course my harness has no connector for them. Is this gonna be an issue?

If the original did not have VTEC or EGR I think it would be ok to leave them alone.

Funny...
Some people seem to have problems finding a good D17A2 engine, the D17A1 seems easier and cheaper to find.
Some people want to upgrade to VTEC and you got one that you won't really use.
