Hi guys, read all the treads, I have a 2003 Civic Si, and have the same exact issue, and just about everything that has been done on this tread, we did it... EVERYTHING!!! Lol, the conclusion??? Bad ECM, one of the pins(Battery I suppose) had no continuity... so, I’m in the market for a ECM to swap out... I’ll report my findings and put a kibosh to this mystery..

Leave the engine running with the battery warning light on.
Unplug the 4 wire connector from the alternator.
If the battery warning light stays on, it's not the alternator.
If the battery light goes out, it's a bad alternator.
