Are both my Lambda probes knackered?

I've got the following 2 x DTCs in the ecu:

P0135 - Powertrain 02 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0141 - Powertrain 02 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank1 Sensor 2)

I know there are 2 x probes in the exhaust upstream and downstream of the cat.
Looking at this I'd say they were both knackered.

Anybody agree / disagree or willing to provide any kind of troubleshooting before I get the wallet out?

Cheers.

Rob.
