Engine Codes 134,135& 122

I have a 2004 civic. The check engine light came on and these codes came up PO 134,135 & 122. I had a local mechanic check it out his diagnostic tool got 122 to go off and one of other and it showed that O2 sensor on bank 1 on front on engine was bad. he replaced and after running engine for a few minutes it came on again. he checked the fuse on the heat side of the sensor and all that was good. he can't figure it out any thoughts??

That mechanic is broken.
Replace the mechanic.

Any of the commonly available automotive service information systems have troubleshooting information for all of the trouble codes.
Where is the problem now?

PO 134,135 & 122.
P0122 is TPS circuit voltage low.
P0134 is A/F sensor (B1S1) no activity detected
P0135 is A/F sensor (B1S1) heater circuit malfunction

P0135 takes diagnostic priority over P0134.
Use of the correct A/F sensor is critical to proper operation.
These cars do not like cheap aftermarket parts.

P0122 is pretty straightforward, the computer had to detect 0.23v or less from the TPS output for longer than 2 seconds in order to set that code. One just needs to figure out why the computer saw that.

Re: Engine Codes 134,135& 122

Point 134 is only code showing now he was able to get 135&122 to stay off. He replaced the o2 sensor on manifold on front of motor with one from O'Riley's and code 134 came back on.that is where we are now. He said that there is a fuse on the heat side which is related to the PO135 code that he checked and it was good I believe is what he was explaining??? Is there not??
