i sold my honda last month to a good friend of mine
2004 civic
before i sold it, i replaced timing belt water pump
belts hoses ect
i drove car well over 500+ MILES
with no problems
sold to buddie he has probably put 1000+ miles on car
saturday nite he call me said it was broke down at mall
went to look at car
after hour or so found
that the ecm fuse was blown
i think i t was fuse 6
repalced fuse 15 amp and turn on ignition poof blown tried again and poof blown 2nd fuse
tried one more then turned ignition on car started few second later smoke coming from crank sensor
said hell with it towed car to shop
took balancer off, cover, ect replaced crank senser
sensor was a little melted where it got hot and where it reads on marks looked cracked up
buttoned it back up and poof purs like a kitten
drove a hours of so
called and told himm to coe get car
he called little while ago
and said check engine light was on a little while ago for a few minuted then went back off
was a little bucking when light come on
ar oryleys crank sensors any count?
any ideas???
