02 oem plug

What is the oem or recommended plug for an 02? If not an ngk zfr6fgp, what do you think of the ngk zfr6fgp?

Re: 02 oem plug

Either an NGK or Denso. Should be Iridium.

Those are the best plugs, period.

Re: 02 oem plug

I like the Denso OEM-spec plats. Not sure what the iridium spec would be for a Denso equivalent, but these OEM-spec plats haven't misses a beat since installation. The spec NGKs have given other 7th-gen owners including myself, much grief. I can see why one would want to avoid paying the left arm for four of the spec Densos, though...

Since the plat spec for the plugs are 100K, I don't personally see where a harder iridium plug would make much difference, personally. If they have some other advantage, I'd like to hear what it is... but it's not greater efficiency. The hardness is the only advantage over a plat equivalent with the same electrode design and heat range AFAIK.
