Lose power only goes 20mph?

I have an 02 civic. It runs fine for about 30 minutes or maybe an hour then it loses power and will only go about 20mph. It will occasionally stall when stopped. After it sits for a while it will run fine. Took it to shop and they replaced the O2 sensor and electric load detector. Apparently this didn't work. Anyone know what's wrong? I don't want to keep paying for things that doesn't fix the problem. thanks for any help.

What codes does it have?

Since someone already worked in it, erase the codes and start fresh. Drive it until it acts up, then see if it has set codes / stored.

The best way to know what it is for sure is to figure it out while it's acting up.
