01 EX Auto Transmission Preservation

My 01 EX has 120k now, and I've had it since 105k, purchasing from original owner. Don't know if or how often she changed the fluid/filter. Car runs/shifts fine thankfully, but do know that the dealer suggested that I have them do a flush, that they said Honda recommended, north of 200 a couple of years ago. Another mechanic that worked on the car at a later date (not the dealer) said the fluid looked good for a while.
If it is a design issue that Honda fixed in the later models, would having a flush do any good to insure getting the most mileage out of this car?

For Honda a "flush" is multiple drain and fills.

Think I would go with a single drain and fill with DW1.
