Couldn't figure out the connection in this pic
Hi guys,
I have civic 2002 HX coupe. I noticed this wire just came loose and could not figure out where should I attach it!
Here is the pic. It the black wire kept on the top of fuse box on the left.
Please help!
Thanks.

It's really hard to tell from that pic. Would need to see the connector closer. Kind of looks like a shock sensor. Don't think it's a relay.
Looks like an after market connection for an alarm or stereo, but you would have to trace the wires back through the fire wall.
It's either power or ground. Or both since it looks like two loose connections.

I only see one wire. It's got a fuse holder so it was probably a hot (+) wire. Definitely for some accessory, probably something the previous owner installed, and then likely removed before selling the car.
Like TiggerDX said, stereo, alarm, remote start, something like that.
Ignore it or remove it. If you remove it, you can find out where it went and guess what might have been there.

I originally thought it was a fuse holder but it looks like there are two bolt holes to hold it down, so not really sure what it is.

Ok now I see it (bigger laptop at home now LOL).
A fuse holder on one wire with an eyelet (was probably bolted to a hot stud in the fusebox) and a (probably a) ground eyelet on a separate wire.
Fuse holder like this

Still ain't factory.

Guys, thank you for the information.
There are two fuse holders towards the end of the wire. I tried to trace the other end of the wire, it enters inside of the car on the right side. I am still searching where the end of the wire attaches.
